Rental Terms

• Renter must be at least 18 years old
• Valid government-issued ID required
• Credit/debit card required for security hold
• Maximum occupancy per jet ski: manufacturer limits apply

Safety Rules

• Life jackets must be worn at all times
• No reckless driving, racing, or wake jumping
• Stay within designated riding areas
• Obey all Coast Guard and Florida boating regulations

Damage Responsibility

The renter assumes responsibility for:

• Damage to jet ski or equipment
• Lost or stolen items
• Negligence or misuse

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the card on file.

Weather Policy

Rentals are weather dependent. Unsafe conditions may result in:

• Reschedule
• Credit toward future rental
  Refunds are not guaranteed.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds for:

• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Early returns

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida.
