RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in jet ski rental activities provided by 360 WaveRiders Jet Ski Rentals, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that operating a personal watercraft (jet ski) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to collision, falls, drowning, equipment failure, weather conditions, and actions of other watercraft operators.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and discharge 360 WaveRiders Jet Ski Rentals, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from participation.

I certify that:

• I am physically capable of operating a jet ski
• I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• I will follow all safety instructions and local boating laws

I understand that failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate termination of my rental without refund.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant 360 WaveRiders Jet Ski Rentals permission to use photos and video footage captured during my rental (including 360° footage) for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

MINORS

All riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the waiver. No exceptions.
